Zerid is the head of security at the Consortium outpost of Aeris Landing in the contested territory of Nagrand. He is concerned about the proximity of Aeris Landing to Oshu'gun because of the voidspawn and rogue ethereals in the area. He orders the death of the rogue ethereal's leader, Gava'xi. Additionally, he will reward those who kill voidspawn around Oshu'gun.
