Perfect Pristine Huge Citrine is a gem crafted by a jewelcrafter as a result of a proc.

There is no recipe for perfect gems because they are the result of an approximately 20% proc. [Gem Perfection] is learned from the Quest:Gem Perfection quest. The original recipe for [Pristine Huge Citrine] requires 350 Jewelcrafting to create and is taught by any grand master jewelcrafting trainer for 1.
