Seer of Zeb'Halak
The statue is located in Zeb'Halak a village located south of Drak'Tharon Keep in the Grizzly Hills. [15.3, 35.7]. It is found on top of the ziggurat[1] [17.9, 36.5]. In one of it's eyesockets are the 
[Eye of the Prophets], aquiring which is the questobjective of Quest:Sacrifices Must be Made.
