Vorakem Doomspeaker <Herald of Doom Lord Kazzak> is a level 62 Rare Spawn Wrathguard. He dual wields two blades and enrages at around 30%. He drops a rare bing on equip Helm with a random enchant. He spawns at the areas north and south of The Legion Front, in the Pools of Aggonar, or patroling between Invasion Point: Annihilator & Forge Camp: Mageddon. He can be one of the first rare spawns a new adventurer can find in Outland.
