Wowwiki Internal linksEdit

Hi there!

Great work adding/updating those pages. However, please be aware that you have been destroying many internal wowwiki links in the process of adding new information. Keep in mind, the format for internal links on wowwiki is as follows (using Stormwind as an example):

[[Stormwind|the city of stormwind]].

Following the format above will produce the following result:
the city of Stormwind.

I will not rollback the changes on the First War article at this time, but it is going to need significant repairs after your edit. Please be careful, and if you have any questions, feel free to ask on my talk page. Winky

I see you've been trying to add some links in with your recent edits. Just remember, you must enclose them in double square-brackets to link to other pages on this wiki (ex: [[Page Name|text to display]]). The single square-brackets are for external links (ex: [ text to display]). Winky

Adding ImagesEdit

In response to your question on my talk page:

You can upload an image to wowwiki by clicking the "Contribute" button in the top-right corner of any page, then selecting "Add a Photo". This will take you to the upload page where you specify all of the information. To avoid copyright issues, you MUST choose a licensing option from he drop-down menu on that page before you are able to upload anything. Also, keep in mind that you must follow wowwiki's images policy, or it is likely that your image will be removed.

When it comes time to add the image to a page, follow wowwiki's image guidelines and you can't go wrong.

The two links above will probably cover anything you need to know about the process of adding an image to an article, but you can find more in-depth information about inserting images to pages here.
