Serian I was unofficially Skreeran VI, but though she did not receive the name, it was like a title, used as a reference and regarded highly. As a young girl, she learned of the Holy Light from her father, but disagreed with him on some of the principles, the foremost being that she believed that the power of the Light could be used for holy warfare against evil, her father believed that it was to be used solely for healing and recovery.

Serian married and had twin sons, Skreeran VII and Skrahn. At age 34, using every cent she had to purchase a thin set of steel armor and a small shortsword and shiel, she went to war against the orcish Horde during the First War. She was soon praised by the soldiers, and became a hero of the Kingdom of Azeroth. She helped the refugees escape to Lordaeron after the sacking of Stormwind, and later returned to fight in the Second War under Uther the Lightbringer, combining her faith inthe the light with her martial prowess as one of the first Paladins. She eventually settled in Lordaeron, after the Second War. She later was killed when Arthas and his Death Knights ransacked Lordaeron.
