"You're not very good at killing me, are you?"

"I aim my sword straight at the heart of darkness..."

Personality Edit

The young and beautiful Eristra is a quiet woman, speaking to those who seem friendly. She is, however, very outspoken when she sees injustice or violence being performed on others. She is lighthearted and cheerful outside of battle, always willing to lend a helping hand to others when they are in need. Her minimal understanding of Azeroth has become the frequent topic of many jokes surrounding her, yet she is eager to learn more about her Alliance friends and tries her best to get along with them. In battle, she is deadly serious, and is proficient with several weapons, favoring a light and quick sword and mace for defense and a large polearm for offense. Her speciality is protection, so she is often found defending others against the horrors and evil that lie within dungeons and, more recently, Ulduar.

Eristra is against using excessive force, or what she calls the "killing intent" in battle unless it is absolutely necessary. She has high hopes that someday, after the chaos ends she will be able to open a martial arts academy in Stormwind.

History Edit

Eristra was born and raised in the fields of Nagrand. She had a loving family and worked as a farmhand on her father's farm, until a band of Ogres came, burned Telaar, and took her away to a gladiatorial arena, where she was enslaved and forced to fight for the entertainment of locals. However, this did not last very long, as she took place in a massive riot which ended up destroying the stadium and in the ensuing chaos, left her wandering for days to find a new home.

She found it in Shattrath City, where she was taken care of by the Aldor, who in their neverending battle against the Burning Legion sheltered her and taught her a few things about the Holy Light. However, she saw that the residents of Lower City were being neglected and so abandoned that place as well. On the day that the Dark Portal opened, she snuck past the demons attacking the Horde and Alliance forces, hoping that Azeroth would be a safe haven from the war. Though she was somewhat mistaken, she had declared that she will establish a relationship with the Alliance and fight with them to stop the ever-encroaching darkness. Today she resides comfortably in the Old Town district of Stormwind, where she hopes to open up a martial arts training academy, focusing on the Gryphon claw style of unarmed combat.

She now fights under the Argent Exodus banner, helping them fight the dark forces in Icecrown Citadel.

Friends Edit

Eristra has a few friends within the Alliance. She spent a lot of time with Lexiana fighting in dungeons where evil nested, and they developed a close kinship. She is good friends with Morgadu, Beals, Colere, Aaren, Dragoonus, Telamir, Bitsi, Mini, Bupkes, Meera and Halgrimm.

Enemies Edit

Eristra believes that those allied with the Legion and the Scourge must be destroyed before they are allowed to cause harm to the peoples of the Alliance. Unfortunately, she is forced to face her former bretheren, now Man'ari Eredar, in that battle, and has sworn to kill Prince Malchezaar among others. She and many others have taken on the Prince and defeated him with the help of her allies. With the threat of her Man'ari cousins crushed, she had taken time to rest in preparation for the next phase of liberating the Outland. The Blood Elves under Kael'Thas (not to be confused with those under the Horde banner) are also her enemies. She is well aware of the Prince's relationship with the Burning Legion, as well as his desire to commit genocide against the Draenei after intercepting correspondence between him and his Sunhawks.

Her most recent battles have taken her and her guild to the Icecrown Citadel to combat the forces of the Lich King.
