Tom Chilton (aliases Kalgan and Evocare[1]) is a Lead Game Designer at Blizzard Entertainment. He is responsible for "game systems and balance in World of Warcraft, including character classes, combat, items, pvp, auctions, mail system, and world events."[2]
He was previously a lead designer for Origin Systems, the developers of the MMORPG Ultima Online, between its third and fifth add-ons, ending in 2003.[citation needed] He holds a degree from the University of Arizona.[3]
