The Phylactery of Kel'Thuzad is a quest item dropped on each Kel'Thuzad successful kill.
Rewards
There's a choice of two rewards from the quest The Fall of Kel'Thuzad, one trinket for melee dps and one for caster dps.

Equip: +150 Attack Power when fighting Undead and Demons. It also allows the acquisition of Scourgestones on behalf of the Argent Dawn.
