The Defiler's Intent

The Defiler's Intent is the cloth armor set available to Horde Mages, Priests, and Warlocks who have a good reputation with the Forsaken Defilers in Arathi Basin. All of these items are purchased from Rutherford Twing, the Defiler's Supply Officer, who stands outside the entrance to the Basin just north of Hammerfall in the Arathi Highlands. The Alliance has an identical armor set called The Highlander's Intent. All items in the set are Bind on Pickup.

Due to the level banding in Arathi Basin, there are 4 versions on the girdle and boots. The information below relates only to the highest level versions of the girdle and boots.
