This is out right speculation, but could the presence of the Doomhammer on the cover and the title "The Shattering" foreshadow Garrosh becoming Warchief? Im not convinced that Thrall would give the Horde over to Garrosh, seeing as he has a nack for getting into trouble and hates the Alliance, and Varian, a lot. Garrosh has all ready proven that he's stronger than Thrall, and has gained some very strong allies with in the Horde. All I'm guessing at is Garrosh staging a coup to become Warchief.

I'm not sure where I got this idea from, but it became stuck in my head that this book would have a lot of lore on Deathwing and how he exactly came to be corrupted by the Old Gods. Does it still and there just hasn't been any word on it in the overall description/teaser, or is it entirely based on mortal events leading up to the Cataclysm? I personally would be upset if there was no Deathwing lore in there, especially since there is really no details on him before WotA and when he was already corrupted. Move

Why was it moved to "World of Warcraft: <name>"?

Given that Arthas: Rise of the Lich King and Night of the Dragon have World of Warcraft on their cover, shouldn't we move all books with the WoW tag too then?

Apparently it was moved back. Personally, I approve of dropping "World of Warcraft" from the article name. Especially this one, since it's long enough as it is. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 19:45, February 11, 2010 (UTC)

A split in the Horde?

This is out right speculation, but could the presence of the Doomhammer on the cover and the title "The Shattering" foreshadow Garrosh becoming Warchief? Im not convinced that Thrall would give the Horde over to Garrosh, seeing as he has a nack for getting into trouble and hates the Alliance, and Varian, a lot. No Deathwing?

I'm not sure where I got this idea from, but it became stuck in my head that this book would have a lot of lore on Deathwing and how he exactly came to be corrupted by the Old Gods. Does it still and there just hasn't been any word on it in the overall description/teaser, or is it entirely based on mortal events leading up to the Cataclysm? I personally would be upset if there was no Deathwing lore in there, especially since there is really no details on him before WotA and when he was already corrupted. jclipps (talk) 03:47, September 23, 2010 (UTC)
