Mountain Kings

I feel it is safe to assume that Dwarves in World of WarCraft who demonstrate high ranking, exceptional combat ability, and utilize some of the Mountain King's trait abilities are Mountain Kings themselves (Magni Bronzebeard, Vanndar Stormpike). Just wanted to make sure this was universall accepted before I expanded the Mountain King section. --Pure.Wasted 17:28, 5 October 2006 (EDT)

Nah, don't attempt to assume who might be Mountain Kings ingame unless an NPC, or quest says something specifically that they are mountain kings. Going by the lore in the Alliance Player's Guide, I doubt Magni is a one since it only discusses his brother in that light.Baggins 00:51, 25 November 2006 (EST)
Why do people insist that Magni isn't a Mountain King simply cause Blizzard hasn't sat down and said "He's a f***ing Mountain King ya nubs". EVERY one of his moves except Knock Away is literally exactly the same as the Mountain King hero class in WC3. He is exactly the same AND he's literally the king of a mountain. Every single bit of evidence that points in one direction or the other points to Magni being an MK, therefor it is more than safe to assume that he is, indeed, a Mountain King proper. Article

This article seems to be very repetive. maybe it needs to be rewriten? (Keilden 05:56, 3 May 2007 (EDT))

Numbers of Mountain Kings

It seems to be strange that there can be so many of them at one time. Maybe there are hundreads of minature dwarvern tribes! like the Rockbeard and Thundercliff (IM USING RANDOMLY GENERATED NAMES FROM wc3) maybe they are trying to have there clan to survive by secretly working in Ironforge.--The last Alterac 05:06, 23 October 2007 (UTC)

Not all mountain kings are actually kings. Its more of an honorary title.Baggins 05:15, 23 October 2007 (UTC)

That would explain why Prince Muradin was a mountain king XD--The last Alterac 07:22, 23 October 2007 (UTC)

Yes, and why his brother magni is King under the Mountain, but not a Mountain King.Baggins 07:24, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
I keep removing Baggins' comment because it is pure speculation and he's saying it as though it is fact. It's misleading to people who are trying to figure this stuff out. Drasol 16:53, 15 August 2010 (CST)
No, just point it out as wrong.--SWM2448 00:13, August 16, 2010 (UTC)
