Old Gods?[]
When He dies, A World yell of "Wrath of Neptulon(SP?) has subsided" Does this mean that the old Gods are trying to collect the scepter themselves? or keep C'thun the Traitor in his prison? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Shiniki (talk · contr).
Or perhaps there is internal conflict, and Neptulon has something against C'Thun. Who says all old gods are in agreement with each other? Perhaps another old god uses Neptulon to be in the way of C'Thun. Or this is part of some elaborate plan by C'Thun. --

Perhaps. I mean, this guy is the way to get one of the shards; it would make sense that an Old God kept it from him purely out of annoyance, surely?
