Virtually every 'fact' included in the article was replaced as being incorrect, misnamed, or misplaced.
Additionally, the entire article probably needs to have its link name and heading name changed to reflect the fact that the primary chat command for this action is not "/csay" but "/#". "/csay" and "/c" are aliases of that command (see /chat help in-game and FrameXML\ChatFrame.lua line 2535).
