Perhaps an organization more like this would be less distracting?

For the engineer

Note: This requires creating 2 recipes worth of Inv egg 05 [Field Repair Bot 74A], 2 of Inv misc enggizmos 01 [Field Repair Bot 110G] and 4 of Inv misc enggizmos 14 [Scrapbot Construction Kit]. As bots stack to 20, it may be useful to construct each bot type individually, to require fewer total inventory slots at any one time.

I like the hierarchy, but I'm wondering if there's some way to make a collapsible tree control in MediaWiki code? I've seen it done in JavaScript, so it's just a question of whether MediaWiki or a 3rd party extension has packaged it. A quick google turned up this extension: http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:TreeAndMenu -- ScratchMonkey (talk) 22:44, April 8, 2010 (UTC)
Maybe there's a way to leverage transclusion for the intermediate parts, so that higher level assemblies can share the trees of lower level assemblies. -- ScratchMonkey (talk) 22:52, April 13, 2010 (UTC)
Just wanted to let you know, Fused Wiring only requires 2 Spell fire volcano [Essence of Fire] not 4. I went ahead and changed it above. Besides that I think this setup is a lot better than the one on the page currently, I will switch them out now since it has been a few months since this was posted. -- Drewski4747 (talk) 22:52, August 15, 2010 (UTC)
I think it might just be better to leave a total sum of the basic materials and leave it at that. This particular page is an article and not a guide IMO. -- Megawizard (talk) 20:27, October 2, 2010 (EST)
The hierarchy layout is a bit harder to read and follow. The basic materials layout as currently displayed is a lot easier for anyone to look at a glance to see what's needed. Besides, it helps keep consistency throughout the rest of the wiki as the majority of the other recipes are laid out in the non-hierarchy format. SergeantKoopa (talk) 00:37, October 3, 2010 (UTC)
