"In WoW6.0 reforgeID is removed, upgradeID moves down to take its place, and two new entries are added: instanceDifficultyID and numBonusIDs
If numBonusIDs > 0 then there will be additional bonusID fields tagged on to the end.
itemString will now contain 13 or more fields (including the initial 'item' field).
'item':itemID:enchant:gem1:gem2:gem3:gem4:suffixID:uniqueID:level:upgradeId:instanceDifficultyID:numBonusIDs:bonusID1:bonusID2:..."
As of Patch 2.0.1 there are several more sections to the ItemString. We should try to discover what they are.
