It cant be an ooze because oozes have neither arms or legs. Can't be a flesh beast because it has, if i recal, "long legs" that and bearly transparent skin. Also krasus says that it closely resembles the scourge (ghouls). Its likely that the creature mentioned is an undead human, but not one created by the lich king, so it is therefore different, but similar.
