Crimes? Edit

I might sound biased, but should is war crimes against the Draenei described in Rise of the Horde appear on this page? Just to mention all sides of his life.--K ) (talk) 07:29, 13 July 2007 (UTC)

No, not biased. In any case, the whole page needs to be paraphrased and all that somesuch, not copied (even with citation) word for word. --Sky (t · c · w) 07:31, 13 July 2007 (UTC)

Rewrite Edit

Massive kudos to Joshmaul for the rewrite. Great work! Kirkburn talk contr 12:50, 5 September 2007 (UTC)

My pleasure. As my copy of Rise of the Horde (which I loaned to one of my racing buddies) is being sent back to me in the mail, I had to dredge my memory of the events. Feel free to make any corrections, if need be. :) And it's "Joshmaul", BTW. --Joshmaul 19:09, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
Argh, I know, yet my hands type something different >< Kirkburn talk contr 12:58, 6 September 2007 (UTC)

Model Viewer ModelEdit

The WotLK Model Viewer program has an NPC named Durotan in it. Wowhead doesn't seem to have it so it must not have ever been used in-game. Should I upload it to the page? --DerSquirrel (talk) 05:50, 18 March 2009 (UTC)

I would argue that that's datamining and thus should NOT be done. --Ragestorm (talk · contr) 13:12, 18 March 2009 (UTC)

Frostwolf clan Edit

The memorial tells that Durotan was the first warchief of the Frostwolf clan, so he can't be preceded by Garad, or? TheSatyr (talk) 14:50, June 18, 2010 (UTC)

Lore inconsistency. Rise of the Horse is pretty clear that the Frostwolves existed prior to Durotan.--Ragestorm (talk · contr) 15:43, June 18, 2010 (UTC)

Durotan's New Nickname: Spooky Undead Axe Midget Crotch Edit

Someone needs to work this into the article: Reddit thread. Just too funny to pass up. —This unsigned comment is by (talkcontribs) 04:30, September 1, 2015. Please sign your posts with ~~~~!

Would probably be better as a separate Silly article. --Gengar orange 22x22Beware the sneaky smile! Fandyllic (talk · contr) 1 Sep 2015 12:15 PM Pacific

Lords of War and other missing informationEdit

Why is there nothing about Durotan's story in Lords of War (Stormfang, etc.)? And the part about them befriending the wolves in Alterac is confusing—are they called the Frostwolf Clan because of that, or because of the wolves in Draenor? And can someone tell me why Thrall is green even though his parents never drank the blood of Mannoroth? Abelhawk (talk) 23:47, November 12, 2015 (UTC)

The Lords of War stuff just hasn't been added. Feel free to. As for why Thrall, Durotan, and Draka are green, it seems to be indicated on pgs 282 and 299 of Rise of the Horde that exposure to something in their environment (proximity to other green orcs or fel magic?) made them slowly turn green. This should probably be added to their pages, but it would be best if someone found good references beyond what I have just gleaned from searching --Gengar orange 22x22Beware the sneaky smile! Fandyllic (talk · contr) 13 Nov 2015 2:43 PM Pacific
Makes sense. I'm wondering if the movie will explain that any differently. From the trailer it's kind of hard to tell. Abelhawk (talk) 22:46, November 13, 2015 (UTC)

Main box image Edit

Er... why does this depict an image from the movie when the movie version of the character has its own article and this one is specifically about the game version...? -- SaganamiFan (talk) 11:59, July 8, 2016 (UTC)

It looks cool? If you find a good non-movie image to put there, please do. --Gengar orange 22x22Beware the sneaky smile! Fandyllic (talk · contr) 11 Jul 2016 9:45 AM Pacific
