For real?[]

I guess he's not fanfic, but his external links doesn't link to anything. TherasTaneel (talk) 15:26, October 3, 2009 (UTC)

That's because he's only on the PTR. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 21:03, October 3, 2009 (UTC)
Hence I wrote it in his article. TherasTaneel (talk) 21:42, October 3, 2009 (UTC)
Of course I don't add Fanfic articles to WoWWiki :P More info coming up. IconSmall BloodElf MaleAMBER(RΘCK) 19:46, October 4, 2009 (UTC)

Phasing?[]

So is this guy phased in after you complete the Wrathgate event, or is he now a permanent fixture? -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 23:09, October 9, 2009 (UTC)

Phased. It only makes sense after all. --Sairez
Does it just make sense or have you checked?IconSmall BloodElf MaleAMBER(RΘCK) 09:37, October 12, 2009 (UTC)
No I haven't checked, but since the Bragor mentions the betrayal I'm taking a logically guess in that he and the Kor'kron overseers will only be for people who have completed the Battle for the Undercity. Not sure about the other NPCs though, the deathstalker and dark ranger. --Sairez
Mhmm, i think he will be permanent and not phased, since the wrathgate can be considered an event previous to the Lich King's fall, that may happen in Icecrown.Malygos Helper (talk) 17:27, October 25, 2009 (UTC)
Sairez: Logical guess or not, I'd like for you to prove that, because with Bragor being designated as the quest ender of many quests previously associated with Varimathras, it would seem that this change has now come for everybody. There are no duplicate quests, just the same old ones.IconSmall BloodElf MaleAMBER(RΘCK) 17:35, October 25, 2009 (UTC)

Amber: You may be right and I could be wrong, this I have no problem acknowledging. I also have no proof that Bragor and his Kor'Kron warriors will be for only those who have done the Battle for the Undercity. This once again I acknowledge. None the less, my opinion remains unchanged and will remain unchanged unless I see it with my own eyes or proof is presented to me that Bragor and his Kor'Kron warriors will instantly replace the Undercity Guardians and Varimathras, and as for no duplicate quests, and the old quests. I'm reminded of Nazgrel and Vol'jin.

Pre-Burning Crusade H [7] The Admiral's Orders was originally ended by Nazgrel. Come the burning crusade Nazgrel was moved to Hellfire and now the quest is ended by Vol'jin. The only change the quest received was who ended the quest. The completion dialogue of:

"Countless times I urged the Warchief not to trust the humans, but personal pride is not what is at stake here.

You have served the Horde honorably, young <class>.

Now excuse me, I must counsel Thrall on these matters at once..."

Vol'jin has no shown sign of distrusting humans, while Nazgrel has, when you click on him enough times in Warcraft 3: TFT he will mention something about not trusting them.

As to how this is involed in my arguement? This example demonstrates Blizzard's use of only changing who will end a quest. This I admit slides things in favor of the instant change. I have been swayed, somewhat.

A apart of me believes it will be phased which is something you want me to prove, this I can not do. While another part of me agrees that it will become instant, but once again this I can not do. Were gonna just have to wait. -- Sairez (talk)

Alright, I made a level 1 undead on the PTR and ran into the Undercity. It looks like he's here permanently; he doesn't get phased in after the Wrathgate. HOWEVER, his dialogue IS different before and after. Prior to the Wrathgate, he simply says he's taking over while Varimathras is "away." -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 08:40, October 27, 2009 (UTC)
Ok, now we know that he is permanent. Dark T Zeratul: Were the guards Undercity Guardians or Kor'kron Overseers? -- Sairez (talk)
Kor'kron Overseers, who similarly had different dialogue prior to the Wrathgate. Something about being sent to reinforce the Undercity to make up for the troops Sylvannas sent to Northrend. The one discrepancy I found was the guy whose name I can't recall right now playing babysitter to Faranell making reference to Putress and the Wrathgate, but I suspect that'll change before it goes live. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 18:54, October 27, 2009 (UTC)
What a brilliant compromise between gameplay purposes and lore :) IconSmall BloodElf MaleAMBER(RΘCK) 08:40, October 28, 2009 (UTC)
