"Have a level 110 already on the realm where you want to play the Allied race"

I don't know if this was accurate when they announced it, but it's not accurate now (As of Legion) because I can create a Nightborn on any realm, even on one I don't have any characters on. -Bomyne 18:52, March 1, 2018 (UTC)

Reading more about it, it looks like you may need a level 110 on the realm you want your first Allied race character on, but once you've unlocked you don't need one on other realms. I'll clarify it and try to find a good reference. -- Fandyllic (talk · contr) 16 Mar 2018 3:09 PM Pacific
