Takar the Seer is a human located at Forward Command in the Southern Barrens.

He could originally be found at a small camp east of Camp Taurajo in what was then the Horde-aligned territory of the Barrens. He was friendly to Alliance and hostile (but not aggressive) to Horde despite the lack of an Alliance presence in the area.

In the wake of the Cataclysm, Takar moved to the Alliance camp Forward Command in the Fields of Blood.

Whether he survived the Horde conquest is unclear.
