Caiphus the Stern is a Horde blood elf priest found at the Argent Tournament in Icecrown. He also has a chance to appear in the Trial of the Crusader against the Alliance.

Abilities

[Dispel Magic]-Dispels magic on the target, removing 2 harmful spell from a friend or 2 beneficial spell from an enemy.
[Flash Heal]-Heals a friendly target for 18500 to 21500 (27750 to 32250 10 Heroic, 25 Normal) (83250 to 96750 25 Heroic).
[Mana Burn]-Destroy 2246 to 2374 (2430 to 2570 10 Heroic, 25 Normal) (4374 to 4626 25 Heroic) mana from a target. For each mana destroyed in this way, the target takes 3 Shadow damage.
[Penance]-Launches a volley of holy light at the target, causing 9390 to 10610 (14085 to 15915 10 Heroic) (28170 to 31830 25 Normal) (42255 to 47745 25 Heroic) healing to an ally instantly and every 1 sec for 2 sec.
[Power Word: Shield]-Draws on the soul of the party member to shield them, absorbing 9713 to 11287 (14338 to 16662 10 Heroic) (41625 to 48375 25 Normal) (67063 to 77937 25 Heroic) damage. Lasts 30 sec. While the shield holds, spellcasting will not be interrupted by damage. Once shielded, the target cannot be shielded again for 15 sec.
[Psychic Scream]-Lets out a psychic scream, causing nearby enemies to flee for 8 sec.
[Renew]-Heals the target for 46250 to 53750 (69375 to 80625 10 Heroic) (231250 to 268750 25 Normal) (346875 to 403125 25 Heroic) over 15 sec.
Weakened Soul-The target's soul is weakened by the force of Power Word: Shield, and cannot be shielded again for 15 sec.
Pvp Trinket-Removes all movement impairing effects and all effects which cause loss of control of your character.
