Artimus-deathchicken — A death knight on a Winged Steed in Hellfire Peninsula

This death knight-only flying mount can be purchased from Dread Commander Thalanor in Acherus: The Ebon Hold for 1000. This is the starting price without the discounts based on the death knight's reputation with the Knights of the Ebon Blade. A Death Knight Exalted with the Knights of the Ebon Blade or a Death Knight Goblin can buy the Steed for 700, reducing the cost quite a lot.

Notes

Because all death knights start as friendly with the Knights of the Ebon Blade, the actual starting price is only 950.
This is the first and only class-specific flying mount (except flight forms, as they are not technically "mounts"), and one of the unique perks of the hero class.
