The Worgen were first summoned to Azeroth by Archmage Arugal to help fend the Undead from Gilneas, but quickly turned onto the Gilnean people themselves. Bites and wounds by the Worgen infected them as a virus, turning the people into Worgen themselves. Most of these Rampaging Worgen are in fact former citizens of Gilneas. Now they pillage their city and slay their people.

Attacks and abilities

Basic Melee: 4 damage - 7 damage.
Enrage — Physical. Increases the caster's attack speed by 30% for 6 seconds.

It is found in a large contraption of machinery of which it appears to be controlling. Sputtervalve wanted the Samophlange simply because he was curious as to it's purpose. When it was returned to him, he says he will possibly ship it to [[Undermine]] for further investigation (after he takes a look at it himself).
