Frost Strike is a death knight primary spell that deals 110% weapon damage plus X as Frost damage. It is obtained by selecting the Frost specialzation This ability replaces 
[Death Coil] as a Runic Power dump for Frost Death Knights.

Notes
- If you have [Runic Power Mastery] then this will allow a maximum of four Frost Strikes when dumping full Runic Power, up from the maximum of three allowed if the spell costs 40 Runic Power as it does without the glyph.
