Shamanistic Focus is a great addition to an enhancement shaman's arsenal. Mainly used to reduce downtime from the low mana pool inherent to enhancement shamans.

Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Redesigned to reduce the mana cost of Shock spells.
- Old: After landing a melee critical strike, you enter a Focused state. The Focused state reduces the mana cost of your next Shock spell by 60%.
