Shadowplay is a common 3vs3 arena composition, which usually means consist of Affliction- or Destruction Warlock, Shadow Priest and Restoration Shaman. The name Shadowplay probably refers to the fact that most of Warlocks and Shadow Priests abilities are classified as shadow school spells.
