"Order of the Rose" on two servers

I've just noticed that there are two guilds called Order of the Rose. One is on the Sargeras server and one is on Feathermoon. Currently, the one listed on this wiki page (Sargeras) links to the wiki page for Feathermoon's guild called Order of the Rose. What is the proper way to title the page of Sargeras' Order of the Rose guild? Would it be something like "Order of the Rose (Sargeras)" (I will do this temporarily to avoid further confusion)?
