External links - object usage

Description: Creates external object links using Object ID (for Wowhead), and an optional Allakhazam ID (for Allakhazam); NOTE: Allakhazam has a flawed object ID system and will use the same ID for any object with the same name, even if they use different internal IDs and have different properties in-game.

Parameters: Object ID = the in-game object ID; Allakhazam ID = optional; the Allakhazam ID
