Background
Lord Kur'talos Ravencrest was leader of the Kaldorei Resistance during the War of the Ancients. A monument was raised in honor of him, the statue however now lies in ruins and is inhabited by a tribe of naga.
Introduction
Ravencrest is a European PvP server. It is one of the most populated realms of Europe, and waiting in queue is very usual on peak times. Since the server is known about it's crash downs it also owns a nickname called Ravencrash.
Issues
Realm has been suffering of numerous server crash downs during May and June 2010. The server issue has lead up to massive customer feedbacks, including threats, aggressiveness and overall customer service disappointment of barely non-respond glitch by Blizzard Entertainment.
