Overlord Or'barokh is the leader of Shadowmoon Village and a level 70 quest giver located at Shadowmoon Village in the contested territory of Shadowmoon Valley. Like Mokasa, Or'barokh has the same skin color in game as that of Blackrock orcs. He may be a former Blackrock Clan member but no evidence states that he is.
