This schematic is obtained from special engineers  Sculder and  Mully. High level players will have to coax the two, with their favorite foods, in order to obtain the secret of the Tinfoil Hat.  [Dried Mushroom Rations] for Sculder, and  [Dried Fruit Rations] for Mully.
