Changes: Saber cat mounts

Saber mounts are mostly Alliance only mounts. Saber mounts are the mounts of the Silverwing Sentinels.

Darnassus faction mounts: Apprentice

These mounts give a 60% speed increase on land. You can purchase these mounts from Lelanai <Saber Handler>, in the Cenarion Enclave of eastern Darnassus so long as your character has riding skill of 75 (obtainable at level 20) and you either are a night elf or have Exalted reputation with Darnassus.

Darnassus faction mounts: Journeyman

These mounts give a 100% speed increase on land. You can purchase these mounts from Lelanai <Saber Handler>, in the Cenarion Enclave of eastern Darnassus so long as your character has riding skill of 150 (obtainable at level 40) and you either are a night elf or have Exalted reputation with Darnassus.

Other saber mounts

PvP saber mount

The Black War Tiger is available from Lieutenant Karter <Mount Vendor> in Stormwind, for marks of honor from the Alterac Valley, Arathi Basin, and Warsong Gulch battlegrounds. You do not need to have exalted reputation with Darnassus to purchase it.

Wintersaber Trainers

Often passed up for being a long a difficult reputation grind in days since passed the following saber is not so hard to get anymore. Getting exalted with the Wintersaber Trainers and providing 100 to Rivern Frostwind will earn yourself a Winterspring Frostsaber.

Argent Tournament

These following sabers can be purchased from the Darnassus quartermaster for the Argent Tournament. You must have completed Champion of Darnassus, or be a night elf, to gain access to this quartermaster.

Neutral saber mounts

While most sabers can only be obtained by the Alliance, three special mounts can be accessed by any faction. From the Trading Card Game The Spectral Tiger and Swift Spectral Tiger. And as a drop in Zul'Gurub, the Swift Zulian Tiger.

Discontinued saber mounts

Worthy of historical note:
These used the old saber mounts graphics, and can be exchanged for the newer variety if desired.
