The Musty Tome is located in the city hall of the Ruins of Andorhal, Western Plaguelands. [43.5, 69.2]
Objective of
Has a chance to contain 
[Annals of Darrowshire] for the quest Quest:The Annals of Darrowshire.
Notes
- Also has a chance to contain a
[Ruined Tome] and summon 1-2 Decrepit Guardians.
- Has been noticed that the trick with this quest is to carefully examine the books on the floor.
