- Use: Calls down a Wyrmrest Vanquisher that you can mount and ride into battle. Only usable in Wyrmrest Temple, The Dragon Wastes, Galakrond's Rest or the Wicked Coil.
The Ruby Beacon of the Dragon Queen is provided by Torastrasza for 
[15-30] On Ruby Wings. It allows you to summon a Wyrmrest Vanquisher to help blast foes in the Dragon Wastes, Galakrond's Rest and the Wicked Coil.
The Wyrmrest Vanquisher has fiery breath, and can (if necessary) devour ghouls - roasted or raw.
