Rizzle's Unguarded Plans.

Rizzle's Unguarded Plans are located on the floor of the tiny house where Rizzle Brassbolts is located, at the Mirage Raceway on the Shimmering Flats in Thousand Needles. These plans contain the secret behind the gnome racers' recent successes. Pozzik, in charge of the goblin racers, is looking for someone to steal these plans - but Rizzle guards them at all times.

Activation

To activate this object, you must be on the quest  [41] Keeping Pace. First, talk to Zamek and have him start a diversion. When Rizzle leaves the area, quickly right click the plans. They will complete the quest  [41] Keeping Pace and offer the quest  [41] Rizzle's Schematics, which if accepted provides the quest item [Sample of Indurium Ore].
