Our old friend Tortolla, the Turtle Ancient, is already on the move. At his own pace, of course...

Find Tortolla southeast of here, at the head of the path leading down to the scorched plains. Our strongholds there fell early in the campaign, but perhaps now we can reclaim them.

Fly southeast over the Flamewake, which is now the Regrowth. Just past the flamegate is Tortolla at the entrance to the Scorched Plain. He and Niden offer quests.
