Razor Hill Grunts are level 28 guards located in the town of Razor Hill in the orcish starting zone of Durotar. They are stationed at the town entrance/exits, structures and patrol the streets. They are simple grunts that serve to protect Razor Hill citizens from the dangers in the environment such as boars and snakes as well as crush any sailors or marines that decide to launch an attack on Razor Hill from the Alliance fortress of Tiragarde Keep. They can provide directions to various locations.
