Functionality
Rampage is the 20 rage, 41 point Fury talent that causes a warrior's attack power to go up when used. This is useful for the Fury tree because 
[Bloodthirst] damage depends directly on AP. Rampage can be used only after a critical hit. Rank 1 is available only after spending 40 points in the Fury tree. Rank 2 is available at level 60 and rank 3 is available at level 70.

- Cast Time: Instant
- Duration: 30 Seconds (Attack power +30/+40/+50 depending on rank)
- School and Damage Type: Physical
- Targets/Positioning: Self
- Range: 0 yards (Self)
- Cooldown: 0 seconds

Exploit
Previously, Rampage was used to one-shot (world) bosses. This was done by repeatedly entering instances, using Rampage, going out, using Rampage, going in, and repeat this about 500 times. This way, you could get up to 2.3 million damage in one hit, as long as Rampage was active. This has been hotfixed, however.
