Pre-requisites
This quest is final quest in a chain. The previous quest is investigate the Blue Recluse.
Task
Travel to the Silver Stream Mine in Loch Modan, and collect Charged Rift Gems from crates abandoned by the Dwarven Miner's League. You will also need to collect 10 
[Linen Cloth].
Reward
Your reward for this quest is a 
[Manaweave Robe] +2 Spirit +2 Intellect
Notes
You'll probably collect enough linen killing mobs in the mine that you won't need to specifically look for it. You return to Wynne Larson in Larson Clothiers, not to Jennea Cannon.
