Prowl is the druid's [Stealth] ability. It must be active to enable [Pounce].

[Feral Instinct] reduces the chance of detection while Prowling.

When coupled with abilities such as Ravage and [Pounce], Prowl is a powerful opener to combat.
Night Elves can switch from Prowl to [Shadowmeld] without being seen "in between". However, they cannot switch from Shadowmeld to Prowl without a 1.5 global cooldown from Cat Form.
It is possible to Dash while Prowling, for a total of 105% standard running speed.
Prowl makes Stealth runs possible, but watch out for stealth-detecting mobs!
