An Ironbound proto-drake, Razorscale, can be found in Ulduar.
They might be a constructs created by either the Watchers, Iron dwarves, or vrykul. They could be another seed race left by the titans, however, it was never listed during the Tribunal of Ages event. If it was, it must have been, obviously, affected by the Curse of Flesh as well.
