The Ironbound proto-drake dragonflight is based in Ulduar. They are constructs created by the Watchers, Iron dwarves, or vrykul. They could be another seed race left by the titans, however, they were never listed during the Tribunal of Ages event. If they were, however, they must have been obviously affected by the Curse of Flesh as well.
