Pimgib is a level 56 elite humanoid imp that accompanies Lethtendris in Dire Maul East. Curiously, he is flagged as a humanoid, rather than a demon. He cannot be polymorphed, however.

Note that the name Pimgib is an anagram of Bigimp, a reasonable description of Pimgib.

Fireball - Inflicts 192 to 258 Fire damage to an enemy.
Blast Wave - Unleashes a wave of flame, inflicting 161 to 187 Fire damage to nearby enemies and reducing their movement speed by 70% for 6 sec.
Flame Buffet - Inflicts 19 to 21 Fire damage to an enemy and increases the Fire damage it takes by 20 for 20 sec.

This item drops from Pimgib in Dire Maul.
