Phin Odelic is a level 36 quest giver located in Southshore in the contested territory of Hillsbrad Foothills. He is a former member of the Kirin Tor, and a cousin to Farmer Ray.[1] He leads a group of adventurers who investigate odd happenings in the Southshore area. Two of his companions are Quae and Kinelory, who are investigating rumors of a new plague created by the undead at Go'Shek Farm.
