Your opinion is desired

Hey, we're pretty much settled on leaving Wikia, but I wanted to see if you had any input. Thanks. --PcjWowpedia wiki manager (TDrop me a line!C207,729 contributions and counting) 12:21, October 10, 2010 (UTC)

The new skin is completely horrid. All of the wasted space really irritates me: From the really odd layout at the top of the page, to the weird double-spacing for paragraphs.. In addition, I use a 1920x1200 resolution monitor so the left and right sides of pages are like barren wastelands.
I have been coming here a long time for information. Only recently did I make an account, and even more recently did I start making edits. Having said that, I am heavily swayed by aesthetics. Having to eyeball the new layout would probably end up driving me to stop coming here, despite the fact that I've just built up the courage to start making edits (and find it quite fun and fulfilling).
In short: I'm all for moving. I do hope there isn't too much of a split in the community if/when the move occurs, but I will definitely be there to help get the site back on track at its new home. --Gilmoreja (talk) 13:57, October 10, 2010 (UTC)
Good to hear, I feel your pain with the high resolution. --PcjWowpedia wiki manager (TDrop me a line!C207,729 contributions and counting) 14:13, October 10, 2010 (UTC)
Out of curiosity, what is the "default" skin that most people use? Is it "Monaco" or "wowwiki"? I've been using the "wowwiki" skin because of its clean layout and it also hides all the ads.. --Gilmoreja (talk) 18:45, October 10, 2010 (UTC)
The default is Monaco, but the older and more experienced users generally use Wowwiki. --PcjWowpedia wiki manager (TDrop me a line!C207,729 contributions and counting) 18:52, October 10, 2010 (UTC)
