Oratory of the Damned
The Oratory of the Damned is a large chamber inside Icecrown Citadel, just off the main Spire chamber. Within, the lich Lady Deathwhisper preaches the word of her foul master to members of the Cult of the Damned.
Once Lady Deathwhisper has been defeated an elevator will become available leading to the next area, the Rampart of Skulls.
