||
− | *Should I add a new "SourceType" field to make the generation faster? Right now, it has to look for the source between all the existing sources. With a SourceType field, it would look only between manga/novels/comics. |

The content of this article is not part of official Warcraft lore, but has nevertheless become part of the World of Warcraft culture or community.
Merely a setback is a catch phrase originated by Kael'thas Sunstrider in Magister's Terrace. It has become a common utterance whenever there is the perception that a boss who was previously defeated is merely being recycled, and has even appeared multiple times in World of Warcraft as a result.
Perhaps most prominently, Prince Valanar, another elf boss, yells, "Naxxanar was merely a setback!" in Icecrown Citadel.
Crusader Lord Valdelmar also yells, "The Scarlet Crusade is not over! Undeath is merely a setback!"
Even Hogger is seemingly in on the joke, despite his poor grammar: "Forest just setback!"
World of Warcraft: Cataclysm has several encounters that can be considered 'merely a setback'. On the Nefarian encounter, Blizzard seemingly paid homage to this when he yells, "Oh, I do hope this 'raid' will amuse me more than the last!"
