This page describes fan-made scripting using the World of Warcraft API which has had notable impact on the game's development/history.
Necrosis is an add-on designed to be used by warlocks. It allows the player to free up action space as the graphical interface allows the player to cast curses, certain spells, create and use healthstones, soulstones, firestones and spellstones, and summon the either of the warlock-specific mounts.
The add-on also shows the number of soul shards the warlock has in his inventory; it also provides a spell countdown timer.
Necrosis customizable in that buttons surrounding the shard counter globe can be removed. This insures that you won't accidentally create a spellstone if you intended to create a healthstone. The buttons can also be rotated around the main globe depending on your UI and can even be unlocked from around the sphere and moved to anywhere you would like.
The mod also generates random outbursts in /say when a soulstone is put on a player, a demon is summoned and other events; this feature can be turned off if desired.
