A Blacksmith with 200 or more skill can talk to Myolor about specialization into Armorsmithing or weaponsmithing. He will direct the character to either Ironus Coldsteel (for weaponsmithing) or Grumnus Steelshaper (armorsmithing), opening up the respective initiation quests.
